reconsideration to today's calendar (page 3603), was again read the

Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska               
relating to amendments to the state constitution and providing that            
a court may not change language of a proposed constitutional                   
amendment or revision.                                                         
                                                                               
Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS                
SJR 27(FIN) am H be held in third reading to the April 30, 2000,               
calendar.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
